• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free delivery for orders over R900.
• Tracking numbers are provided once orders are dispatched.
• ARA.& is not liable for delays caused by couriers but will assist in tracking.

Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online 24/7.
• We accept secure payment via Yoco, card, or EFT.
• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment has cleared.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing support.
• After dispatch, cancellation is not possible, and our returns process applies.
