Returns & Exchanges

In line with the CPA, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Returns due to change of mind may incur a return courier fee.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection.
• We do not accept returns on used skincare, cosmetics, or sale items unless defective.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns that show signs of misuse or fraudulent claims may be denied at our discretion.

ARA.& reserves the right to blacklist abusive accounts or refuse service in cases of repeated or dishonest claims. To initiate a return, email us at myaraand@gmail.com with your order number.
